The LLTV Project commenced on January 1st, 2023, marking the beginning of Fiafi Group's ambitious venture at DG04 station in Rumaila. Over the course of approximately a year, the project witnessed remarkable progress and achievements, showcasing the dedication and expertise of the Fiafi team.

The project's fabrication and welding endeavors were twofold: commencing with 8894 DIA INCH of meticulous work at the Fiafi Workshop, followed by the completion of an additional 8986 DIA INCH at the DG04 site. This cumulative effort amounted to an impressive total of 17880 DIA INCH within the project's timeline.

Moreover, the fabrication and installation phase was a testament to Fiafi Group's comprehensive capabilities. A total of 109 steel supports were meticulously crafted and seamlessly installed at the project site, ensuring structural integrity and stability. Additionally, 11 platforms were expertly fabricated and strategically positioned to optimize functionality and efficiency. Furthermore, the project saw the creation and installation of 3 pipe bridges alongside a shelter, all meticulously crafted at the workshop and seamlessly integrated into the site infrastructure.

In the execution of the LLTV Project, Fiafi Group undertook a comprehensive approach to ensure the structural integrity and stability of the infrastructure. A pivotal aspect of this endeavor involved the meticulous excavation, creation, and concrete casting of 148 concrete supports and a Duct Bank.

The process commenced with detailed excavation procedures meticulously carried out to prepare the groundwork for the installation of concrete supports and the Duct Bank. Skilled personnel adeptly navigated the site, employing precision techniques to excavate the designated areas with utmost care and accuracy. This initial phase laid the foundation for subsequent construction activities, ensuring a stable and secure base for the infrastructure elements.

Subsequently, the creation of the concrete supports and Duct Bank commenced, guided by stringent quality standards and engineering specifications. Fiafi Group's team of experts utilized advanced techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to fabricate these critical components with precision and accuracy. Each concrete support and section of the Duct Bank underwent meticulous craftsmanship, with careful attention to detail to meet the project's exacting requirements.

Once fabricated, the concrete supports and Duct Bank were seamlessly integrated into the project site, aligning with the project's architectural and engineering plans. Skilled laborers ensured the proper positioning and alignment of each component, optimizing their functionality and structural integrity.
